Spring Branch Bistro Makes Fine Dining Affordable
| Spring Branch, Texas | July 2010

Looking for fine dining, but want to stay in the Hill Country? Spring Branch Bistro is the place to go. Offering cuisine that is scrumptious and a vast array of wines to suit any palate, the Spring Branch Bistro is causing quite a stir among diners.

Chef John Boehm, Head Chef and General Manager, brings his love of food and years of experience to this new restaurant. Starting at the tender age of 9, Chef John assisted his mother in the kitchen of the restaurant she ran, and continued his journey through the years; graduating in 1989 from the California Culinary Academy, one of the leading institutes in the United States. He has lived in San Antonio for over a decade, and came to the Spring Branch Bistro after serving as Head Chef at Rigianos in San Antonio for several years.

Striving to make fine dining something that even the most budget-conscious can enjoy, Chef John has created a community-based, affordable, yet high quality and family friendly environment that can truly be enjoyed by all. The more refined ambiance lends itself well to hosting business dinners, yet is relaxed enough to allow families quality time together.

Every dish at Spring Branch Bistro is made to order- no precooked meals here! Each plate is made from scratch, and done exactly the way you like it!

On Friday and Saturday nights, the Spring Branch Bistro features live music, and with a patio, it is the perfect spot to relax after enjoying the local rivers. Pets are welcome to join their companions on the patio as well.

Stop in on Tuesday nights for 1/2 price wine; their selection is amazing!

Spring Branch Bistro is located at 20450 State Highway 46, Spring Branch, TX 78070. Call 830-980-3030 for more information, or visit their website: springbranchbistro.com.
