The Civilian Conservation Corps

10am-11am. Blanco State Park, Park Road 23. Hear the stories of the Civilian Conservation Corps Company #854 who built the park 75 years ago. We will tour park structures, see photographs of daily camp life, learn about architecture used and explore the impact the CCC had on Texas state parks. Wear sturdy walking shoes. Appropriate for adults and older children.
