Cowboy Artists of America Reunion Exhibition and Sale
The Museum of Western Art is pleased to announce the Cowboy Artists of America (CA) Reunion weekend sale (Apr. 29-30) and continuing exhibition. As part of the CA reunion weekend, a Boot Print ceremony is planned for the members whose boot, hands and signatures are not in the cement walk on the museum’s grounds. MOWA is extremely excited to have this opportunity to exhibit recent work by the CA artists whose history is tied to the founding of the museum. Over the past 28 years of its life the Museum of Western Art has developed a permanent collection of paintings, sculptures, works on paper, and archives all that show the development of the CA artists.
