Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival

Marktplatz. We'll be serving up red beans & rice, boudin, gumbo, and crawfish. Other cajun delicacies are also available for everyone to enjoy and for those who don't like crawfish (don't like crawfish?!!), there will be hamburgers, corndogs, and plenty of German sausage--what Fredericksburg is known for. Food and fun for all ages are available. The festival will offer a children's area for kids' of all ages, and arts and crafts for your shopping pleasure.
