Culinary Theatre - Increase your chocolate knowledge, enjoy chocolate baking classes, demonstrations and Chocolate Bar Challenge. We are proud to announce the debut of the XStream Wine Trailer by Winery on Wheels. We are honored to have them launch their new venture at our event. The restored vintage airstream will be onsite serving wine-based frozen drinks, all products of Braman Winery from Refugio, TX. XStream Wine has created a special Chocolate Blend drink for our event, they will also have margaritas, strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas.
