The Castroville Bike Tour
Castroville Regional Park. On-site registration starts at 7am. Staggered race begins at 8am. The 62-mile ride is first, followed by the 40- and 25-mile rides. The 2010 Castroville Bicycle Tour offers a scenic tour of the historic Medina County rural countryside. Stick around after the ride to enjoy the remainder of the day touring antique stores, novelty shops, and specialty restaurants with your family. "The Little Alsace of Texas," rich in European appearance and traditions, was founded in 1844 by Henri Castro. All proceeds go to the City of Castroville in order to develop Lions Sports Complex.
