4pm-7pm. Kinderall, W. Austin and N. Crockett. Live music, prepared foods at the Market Cafe and more.
September 1, 2010
7:30pm. Gillespie County Fairgrounds, 2000 E. Highway St. The Professional Bull Riders is the top talent in the bull riding circuit. Two rounds will include a long round with approximately 30 bulls and riders, followed by a short round with the top 10 riders as the finals. Throughout the show there will be side acts and the GCFFA will honor our veterans and service men and women with a pyrotechnics show. Dance to the music of Jim Byrom after the show. Cost is general admission $20 or advanced purchase general admission is $18; box seating is $30 and reserved premium seating is $50.

Gillespie County Farm Bureau, 237 Equestrian Dr. The annual Vereins Quilt Guild biannual quilt show, which showcases the many talents of our members. Also included are vendors, boutique, a silent auction and a tearoom.

5pm-8pm. Artisans at Rocky Hill, 234 W. Main St. Artisans proudly presents "It's a Mosaic World" by Suzan Germond. Artisans' first-ever show featuring the very talented Suzan Germond and her magical mosaics! Suzan's talent through "found objects as art" has been enjoyed by Artisan's visitors for over 5 years. Her work has been wildly popular in the Texas Hill Country and beyond.

Steve W. Shepherd Theater, 1668 Highway 87 South. Join the Fredericksburg Theater Company as they celebrate another season. FTC's production will be "The Diary of Anne Frank," the story of one young girl's indominitable spirit captured in her diary. This story will touch you deeply. All performances are on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2pm. No performance on Friday, September 17 in honor of Yom Kippur; alternate on Thursday, September 23.

4pm-10pm. Marktplatz. KNAF sponsored Radiothon and country concert live broadcast featuring area musicians. This event benefits New Horizons Community Center, a training and resource center for adults with developmental challenges. This concert is free and donations are graciously accepted.

2pm-6pm. Eight local innkeepers, restaurants, caterers, retailers and art galleries will be paired together for an absolutely fun afternoon during the Tour, with Grand Finale at the Cabernet Grill at Cotton Gin Village. Sponsored by the Fredericksburg Area Lodging and Hospitality Association.
