Annual benefit cook-off, dance and auction to be held on the downtown Boerne main plaza. Proceeds benefit Miss Berges Fest Scholarship program. Along with the cook-off, there will be a silent auction, lots of kids' activities, entertainment, and great live tunes all day from the music stage.

9am-noon. Cibolo Nature Center, 140 City Park Rd. Landowners and land managers can learn effective methods for managing Ashe juniper for range improvement, forest ecology and wildlife conservation during a Cedar Biology and Management Workshop. Participants will carpool to a ranch in western Comal County to see three demonstration areas cleared for different purposes and gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment.

Artisans at Rocky Hill, 234 W. Main St.. “Resinate” an art show featuring the colorfully creative side of Kurtis Karr. Premier showing of Kurtis’ latest art pieces. 15 to 20 of Kurtis’ latest pieces will be on display. Mar 3, 2pm-5pm, Kurtis will wrap, splash, sprinkle & “resinate” his canvases for viewers interested in his uniquely imaginative processes.

Bud claims his sexual prowess is responsible for the success of the Rose Cottage Bed and Breakfast, the setting of the play. The Rose Cottage is run by Mrs. Stancliffe, a tightly wound woman who schedules her entire life down to the minute, leaving no time for a relationship. Her suitor and neighbor, the retired chemist Henry Mitchell, proposes every day. Mrs. Stancliffe continuously rebuffs his advances.

First United Methodist Church, 301 North High St. The Sahawe Indian Dancers are members of Boy Scout Troop and Venture Crew 181 in Uvalde. The Ceremonials feature dances of the Southwest Pueblos in a 2 hour program. Dances from the Taos, Hopi, Santa Clara and San Juan Pueblos are presented. The elaborate costumes, songs, dances, history and folklore are enjoyed by audiences of all ages. They will perform 3 times each weekend, and it is a show to watch that is sure to be enjoyed by all ages.
