Youth Archery Clinic at LBJ State Park & Historic Site
6:30pm-8pm. LBJ State Park & Historic Site, 199 State Park Road 52. Come learn the outdoor sport of archery. This event is open to all youth ages seven and up. It is held every Thursday evening during the months of July and August. Equipment will be supplied.

Old Time German Smokehouse Secrets
LBJ State Park & Historic Site, 199 State Park Road 52. Experience some of the 1900's meat processing methods used on an old German farm. Watch the curing of bacon and the art of stuffing sausage. Visit with interpreters at the farm on methods and ways of handling foods and compare them to today's techniques. This event is free, with donation graciously accepted.
