Rodeo: Earl Q. Wilson Arena/Brown County Youth Fair Grounds, Hwy 377 S. Parade and dance: Downtown Brownwood at the Brownwood Coliseum, 500 E. Baker St. Come on out and watch all of the events in this year's 49th Annual Brown County Rodeo. This year the Fair Association is expecting more and better participants in every division. The Rodeo Parade will take place on June 9 in Downtown Brownwood and the Rodeo Dance will be at the Brownwood Coliseum.

Burnet County Fairgrounds, 1301 Houston Clinton Dr. 2nd weekend in June. Produced by the Cadillac Rodeo Company and brings in contestants from all over Texas. In addition to the thrills of Bull Riding, Bronc Bustin', Roping, and Steer Wrestling, the event will have Mutton Bustin', Calf Scramble and the Rodeo Queens contest. Friday night performance will be followed by a dance/band featuring Tejano and Mexican music, with the Saturday performance to be followed by country/western dance/band.
Fees/Admission Admission $10 for 12 years and up.

Hill Country Fairgrounds, FM 2169. Lester Meier will bring his rodeo stock and it’s sure to be a great show! Rodeo specialty act will be Wild Child. Saturday evening dance with Landon Dodd and the Dancehall Drifters.

Stonewall Chamber of Commerce Hall, 250 Peach St. Celebration of Texas Hill Country and its peaches. Wholesome fun. Activities include the crowning of the Peach Queen, a community parade at 10am on Saturday, and of course, the exciting rodeo followed by a dance. Plus there will be great food and music. In addition, the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm at the Lyndon B. Johnson State Park & Historic Site on Hwy 290 E. will have special events planned throughout the day.

Rodeo events include: Bareback Bronc Riding, Tie Down Calf Roping, Girl’s Breakaway Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Ladies Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Calf Scramble, and a Specialty Act. This is great family entertainment! Proceeds benefit the Wimberley 4H.
