1:30pm-3pm. Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West. Take in the natural beauty as we paddle along the flat water of Inks Lake and discover the features of Stumpy Hollow. Hear about the history of the lake, learn about local flora and fauna, and share your love of the kayak experience. A limited number of one-person kayaks are available at the park for rent or you may bring your own for a reduced rate. All participants will be required to wear a life jacket during the duration of the trip. Experience is highly recommended and participants must be 13 or older to join us. 1pm-4pm. Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West. With over seven miles of maintained trails, the park has areas in the backcountry few people ever get to experience. This hike explores much of this area offering overviews of the Llano uplift, Inks Lake and a variety of plant and animal life. Hikes are five-to-six-miles long, are strenuous, and previous hiking experience is recommended. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear good walking shoes, bring water and a hat.
