Call in advance to confirm that the tour will be given on the particular Saturday you wish to visit. Honey Creek State Natural Area is 2293.7 acres located in western Comal County, approximately 30 miles north of downtown San Antonio.
Fees/Admission Suggested donation is $2 per person for persons 13 years and older or $5 per family. Friends of Guadalupe River or Honey Creek are free.

If you're in Corpus on Saturday, June 5, you can catch a 10am Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the South Texas Music Walk of Fame. The annual event unveils the newest stars added to this lovely, privately funded tribute to the area's music makers. This year, one of the Hill Country's favorite sons is getting inducted. Mike Blakely does his ranching in the Hill Country, but he did his growing up in South Texas. He will perform during the ribbon cutting, then sign his newest book at Surf Club Records at noon. Other inductees this year include Terri Hendrix, Michael O'Connor, Geronimo Trevino, Agapito Zuniga and Ponty Bone. Geronimo will also do a book signing and performance in the shop, the other artists will perform that night at the Executive Surf Club. All just one block from the bay in the beautiful courtyards of the WaterStreet Market.
