7pm. Cascade Caverns, 226 Cascade Caverns Road. Every month Cascade Caverns hosts an extended nighttime tour using only flashlights in the Cave. The one-and-a-half-hour tour includes a Cascade Caverns LED flashlight and hot dogs (meat and veggie) beforehand.

5pm-1pm. 204 San Antonio St. 55th annual. Firefighters from across the state join in competition for Firefighter challenges. Weekend event also includes kids firefighter challenges, beauty pageant, BBQ cook off, live music, washer tournament, and 5K run. Tent, camper, and motorhome packages available.

6pm-7pm. Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West. After a brief safety and basic fishing skill instruction, children will get a chance to go fishing with a Park Ranger and a Master Naturalist. This is a catch and release program that introduces fishing to our youngsters. A limited amount of fishing equipment (including poles and bait) is available to check out through the Tackle Loaner Program at the park, or bring your own. Adult supervision is highly recommended.

Featuring some of the finest local and Austin classical actors, this show is sure to be a wonderful Halloween treat for everyone. Set in the mobster 1920s, the smoky, flapper atmosphere will entice all audiences, no matter how familiar with Shakespeare. The production features award-winning actors Aaron Alexander as Macbeth and Bridget Farias as Lady Macbeth. The show is directed by Jeff Hinkle, award-winning director from City Theatre, Austin.
