6pm-8:30pm. Uptown Blanco Art Center, 317 Main St. In this class you will become familiar with making unique, one of a kind prints using water based, non-toxic monotype inks and printing paper. No experience is necessary. Colors, textures, compositions and technique instruction will prepare you for hands on printing. You will walk away with four to six monoprints per session. The last day will focus on framing and presentation. The rest is up to your imagination!

Friday & Saturday nights, 8pm-10pm. Presented by The EmilyAnn Theatre, 1101 FM 2325. Featuring some of the finest local and Austin classical actors, this show is sure to be a wonderful Halloween treat for everyone. Set in the mobster 1920s, the smoky, flapper atmosphere will entice all audiences, no matter how familiar with Shakespeare. The production features award-winning actors Aaron Alexander as Macbeth and Bridget Farias as Lady Macbeth. The show is directed by Jeff Hinkle, award-winning director from City Theatre, Austin.
