Uptown Blanco Art Center will host a 2 session workshop taught by local artist Jim Street. Students will bring their own reference material and work through the planning, composition, design and execution of the paintings of their choice.

Solo jazz piano every Saturday evening at the Uptown Blanco Restaurant, 317 Main St., 6:30pm-9:30pm. Larry Natwick performs selections from the Great American Songbook. Repertoire includes compositions by Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Bill Evans, Thelonious Monk.
10am-4pm. Uptown Blanco Art Center, 317 Main St. Painting Your Favorite Subject in Watercolor - In this one two-day workshop, the students will bring their own reference material and work through the planning, composition, design and execution of the paintings of their choice.
