7am. Benefits local scholarships. Arrive 45 minutes prior to the race in order to have enough time to pick up your runner packet. The race is run on a fairly challenging course on rural roads southeast of the Tanger Outlet Center. It is a 10-mile out-and-back-course with moderately rolling hills.
