The ultimate "gal-pal" road trip to the hill country--Blanco, Texas--with events like fly fishing lessons, a "chick" market, yoga, aromatherapy, 5K and 10K ladies runs, author presentations, style show, casino night and more. All proceeds go to support area non-profit organizations.

6pm-7pm. Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West. After a brief safety and basic fishing skill instruction, children will get a chance to go fishing with a Park Ranger and a Master Naturalist. This is a catch and release program that introduces fishing to our youngsters. A limited amount of fishing equipment (including poles and bait) is available to check out through the Tackle Loaner Program at the park, or bring your own. Adult supervision is highly recommended.

Participating art galleries stay open until 8 pm so visitors can experience fine art and true Texas hospitality along with special art exhibits and artist demonstrations the first Friday of every month.
