Starting Friday evening with the El Camino Real Music Festival with Polvo del Norte & the Rian C Band. Saturday the Street Market and Cultural Fair on Historic Main Street with live music from Tish Hinojosa and many others. Saturday evening there's Billy Joe Shaver @ the Bastrop Brewhouse and a Country Music Showcase @ the Bastrop Opera House. Then join us Sunday morning for our Cowboy Breakfast. (more)

6pm-7pm. Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West. After a brief safety and basic fishing skill instruction, children will get a chance to go fishing with a Park Ranger and a Master Naturalist. This is a catch and release program that introduces fishing to our youngsters. A limited amount of fishing equipment (including poles and bait) is available to check out through the Tackle Loaner Program at the park, or bring your own. Adult supervision is highly recommended.
