Fredericksburg Theater Company, Steve W. Shepherd Theater, 1668 Highway 87 South. This is where raw talent meets raw beauty. HCFF is a three-day independent film festival in the heart of the picturesque Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas. Created to celebrate and showcase filmmakers from Texas and around the world, the festival began in 2010. In 2012, HCFF screened more than 50 independent films, both short and feature length, including a block of 3D shorts, as well as hosted filmmaker Q&A/interviews, discussion panels, happy hours and festival parties.
